Notes on phone call to Mick Couldry, former member of the Owd 'Oss Mummers,
asking him if he knew where the Farnsfield and Cuckney texts in the OOM
repertoire had come from. He wasn't sure but thought that Cuckney came
from Roy Harris and Farnsfield from the papers of the Thoroton Society.
